Hi, new billing cycle has begun 7 days ago, but I still got this alert "You have used all of your data for this period. Click here to upgrade plan or click here to enable auto top-up or wait until next billing cycle." Please advise. Thanks!

    Hello QN__71! Thanks for reaching out FreedomPop. It seems services were been suspended because you registered a small overage during your last billing cycle. Not to worry, we updated the system and services should now be reinstated. We recommend synchronizing your FreedomPopo messaging application data. Go to Menu on the app and scroll down until you find the option that reads "Sync Account".
