Phone swap issue
@Maria_M Hi, I requested to swap phones on my accounts via support ticket request. The initial request was done quickly but needed a change. The change was again done quickly but wasn't done as requested. I created a new ticket to resolve it but now no action has occurred and no response. Can someone look at my ticket #'s 180911-000521 and 180912-000693 to try to resolve my issue? Thanks
