I am trying to port out my number to sprint but they are saying the freedompop # is incorrect
Using the correct account number pin and other information I give it to the sprint representative for porting out numbers and he says the response from freedompop is incorrect account number, I know for certain the account number is correct as a freedompop representative email it to me. what do I do is there a way to get a hold of a freedompop representative to help me.
