Error when attempting to port over number from voip land line

I paid the fee for both numbers and it says it has issues with the account information and pin. It sent me back to step one to do it again and after doing so and hitting submit it says "error" with the device word or symbol present.

Can someone from customer support message me so I can get this porting done before I have to cancel the number with my land line?
