Last week my account was downgraded from a yearly plan. I would like a refund for the remaining service that was in my account.

Can you please confirm if the email address in your profile is the same as the one associated to the account where the charges were made? Also, please confirm the last four digits of the phone number associated with this account so that we can take a closer look at it.
