    I am sorry I gave you the wrong 4 numbers it is the other device number ending in 7122

    After checking this account I was able to confirm that the reason this charge was made is because the account was not downgraded as indicated on the first email we sent after the order was placed.

    Please follow the steps on this page to properly downgrade your account to the Free plan.
