Acct billing renewed but can't log into network

Hello. My acct with email [email protected] just renewed it's billing cycle but am not able to log onto network.

Any chance you folks can reset the account so i am able to use the hotspot?

    Hi,

    After reviewing your account I have been able to successfully reactivate it. Although I must mention that due to the Auto Top-Up feature being turned on, there are no pending charges. Please turn the device off and back on and let me know if it works properly.
