FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue?

I have an LTE 3-in-1 SIM card. Top up is enabled and I have been a paying customer for extra data. Now my data is cut off and my account gives the following warning:

"Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service."

What can I do to fix this and restore my data?
