waiting 3 weeks for higher tech support to respond.
I spent a month of emails with freedompop technical support trying to resolve a problem on my samsung s5 not being able to make outgoing calls on mobile data. Everything else works. I can even make a call on wifi just not mobile. After we exhausted going through all the fix procedures three times they finally concluded that higher tech support should handle this. Its been three weeks! Every time I ask whats the hold up they say try this step again and we've requested higher tech support. Anyone have any insight to why freedompop tech support takes this long?
