Freedom Pop phone is still active on cancelled FP account
I purchased phone from Freedom Pop. Now, my FP account has been cancelled for a while, I wanted to use the phone with another carrier who says this phone is still active. However, there is clearly no service on this phone, it doesn't even display a phone number. When I log in to my FP account it doesn't even show the history, phone or previous plan that I had when my account was active. How can I disconnect the phone from already cancelled account?
