REFUND DEMAND:WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I HAVENT USED IN OVER A YEAR!?!?!?
I haven't had an active account with Freedom pop for over a year. I was charged $0.01 the other day and want that refunded and my account cancelled/deactived, what ever it takes to never heard from FreedomPop again. I have tried the website, phone support, online support and now the forms. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and REFUND the $0.01
