account suspended but usage is 0

i get this error, but the new period just started and i didn't use a single KB of data, i suspect it is because it was suspended the month before but i cannot unlock it
can somebody help me unlocking my account? thanks

    Hello ltzaq! Thanks for reaching out FreedomPop. It seems services were been suspended because you registered a small overage during your last billing cycle. Not to worry, we updated the system and services should now be reinstated. We recommend synchronizing your FreedomPop messaging application data. Go to Menu on the app and scroll down until you find the option that reads "Sync Account".
