Phone only works on wifi plus can’t log into acct
Hello! My daughter’s iphone 6+ (last 4 digits of imei 3598) says it’s activated, but will only work with wifi. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling app, clearing network settings, etc. but nothing seems to work. And now, I’m unable to even log into the web page version of the account (which I really want to do, to discontinue a free trial of some service). Yesterday it said it was an invalid email address, today it claims the password is wrong! :-/
