Account suspended due to billing issue

I bought a sim card from the FreedomPop website, paid for a year of service. Once I got the SIM card in the mail I went to set it up and it says my account is suspended due to a billing issue. I don't understand why it is locked down when you already took my $50 on the 14th of September.

I already tried putting in the same credit card, a different credit card, even tried calling in to the automated phone service and it didn't help.

Will you please help me get this issue resolved? I already paid money for this so I can't think of a justification for not giving me my service.
