Data usage incorrect/not updating

Hi. I used close to 200MB yesterday on my Netgear Zing hotspot and it is not showing up in my account. The FreedomPop website only shows data up to 9/30/18 as of 10/2/18. Could you please check up on it? Thank you! Regards.

    Answered my own question. For your reference: in the Zing Manager, Network tab, I updated the PRL and profile and the data started showing under Usage on the Freedompop website. Regards.
