Messaging app automatically loses synchronization

Hi,

I installed and used Messaging app just fine. The issue is ever since I installed the app, when my phone goes idle for a while, the app just loses sync. I cannot receive calls or text. But then, I manually open and sync account (or the phone sometimes does this itself) and I start receiving calls again. My wife also has the same plan as me and she also had this problem. But since her phone is less idle, used more, the app does not lose sync.

I am not sure anyone else had this problem since I couldn't find such a topic.

    Hi,
    At the time of registration on freedompop i got my number which is +16572867698 after 6 month of using this the App says the number is not sync please sync your number and i did it, unfortunately after sync the freedompop app give me a new number which is +12184130576. i would request to you please change back to my first number (+16572867698) because i am losing my contacts due to this un-understandable number changes.

    i will wait for your earlier response.
