Can my billing cycle be changed to match the data use monitor date on my Netgear Unite hotspot?

My Netgear Unite shows data used starting on the first of the month and I can't find any settings to change the billing cycle dates.
My Freedompop account is billed on the 13th of the month.

Can I change my Freedompop account to bill on the first of the month to match what is displayed on my device?
