I am on the basic free plan and I just start to use it last weekend, but why my next payment amount is 29.73. Could you revise it?

    Hi! Our records indicate that even though you downgrade to a free data plan, the LTE sim under this user email, is still subscribed under a service bundle included besides the data plan, during the trial period.

    Not to worry, you can remove it from your online profile too. You can find the steps to do so here:
