Code 300

Hello,
I’ve a 3 month plan with unlimited calls, messages and 1gb each month. I used all my data in the first month cycle (ends on 10/13/18). They switched off my cellular data.
But now I’m into my a new billing cycle and I am still getting error code 300 in the app. I can see in the „Plan information“ that I have 1gb and 30 days left.
I tried all those settings. Reset my Settings on the iPhone. Nothing is working. Can anyone help me?

#Edit: ohh, I think I choose the wrong category. Perhaps can someone move it.
