No services tied to my account

I recently purchased a SIM card but did not receive a welcome/order email. I finally got my account created. However, the SIM card that I received is not tied to my account and my account shows no services active. How can I get everything tied together so I can see about upgrading/downgrading, etc?

    Hey Maria. Thanks for answering. Looks like it may be tied to my hotmail email ([email protected]) instead of my gmail email ([email protected]). I have registered everything with my gmail email. Is it possible to get it switched over to my gmail?
    Also, the ICCID is xxx42753
