I have Galaxy Tab 3 with wifi only and know I can only use the service thru VOID with SIP protocol. Can make calls and texts but cannot received them. I have $4.99 plan and use the "Freedpmpop voice and text app". I cannot use the messager app and it just ask me to uninstall it.

For better help in real time, "Skype" is the best help I can offer. My Skype User is "freewill95". You can add me to your contact list and in the message box, type "freedompop user".
