    We are sorry to learn that. Can you please confirm the account in question is the one under the email that you use for this forum?

    Freedompop subscribed me to "Visual voicemail" without my consent at 0 charge and then phone stopped working with message that asked me to provide credit card number. I provided it and got charged $2.49 There seems to be no way to contact freedompop without paying money, so i thought I have used Freedompop for some time now and will let this go and downgrade plan. However whatever i do, it fails to downgrade to free plan. Very unhappy.....

    We are sorry to learn about the unexpected charge. We were able to correct the account, remove it and refunded the $2.49 charge. You should be able to see these funds back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
