I have lost my phone today and i had a 11 month service left how i will get my service swap to other phone since my sim is been lost with phone as well.. plz help me :(

    We are sorry to learn the device was lost. Can you please confirm the phone number? We need to look into the account to see if this could be swapped.

    Thank you for confirming the information. We can gladly go ahead and transfer the phone number onto a different account/SIM card, however, the annual plan cannot be moved to a different account as it is attached to the SIM card you had lost.

    We understand where you are coming from, however, the service cannot be moved onto a different account as it is already attached to a specific ICCID. (SIM card)

    We are afraid we can only transfer the existing phone number to a different account.
