Account closed due to "suspicious activity" can't contact support. HELP!
My account was randomly closed due to the aforementioned reason with no explanation as to what that was referring to specifically. I noticed my paypal was also charged two different charges by freedompop even though I was on the free plan as a backup when my data plan on other carrier ran out occasionally. I also had auto reload turned off. I tried in vain to reach support but can't get past login even after multiple tries over a month on different devices and browsers. Even changed my pwd but to no avail. This is very frustrating and just reaching out here to see if anyone can help. Thanks.
