Started charging $27.98 for Sims

I stared seeing recurring charges posted for my old acc back in 2016.
Charged me $27.98 for 3 sims, so that is 3 time of $27.98 - starting this month as a recurring payment.
Customer care is just repeating the same message and not sharing the invoice or explaining why all of sudden this started.
Feeling like i'm getting ripped-off here.
Any one started seeing recurring charges this month?

    This is very common in accounts for which users stopped using but never canceled the account correctly, leaving them subscribed to plans and or services, which could generate a charge. We always advise customers to ensure their account is canceled to prevent this.
    Per our terms and conditions, at the FreedomPop Phone Service Monthly Plans section on this link https://www.freedompop.com/service_plan_terms.htm:

    "Paid Monthly Phone Plans are set up as recurring charges. Your subscription will continue to recur until you terminate your Phone Service by using the Support feature on our Site, or by calling FreedomPop at (888) 743-8107."
