not able to receive phone call or text message

hello:
my phone # 980-xxx-9725
i use the phone when there is a free wifi. i verify wifi is connected prior to send text messages. Some how, I am getting charged for the messages send/receive using wifi.
Now, I don't receive any text messages or phone call on this phone#.
Some times, I see message on the phone as 'no simcard found'

please reset / enable the #
