If I receive an inbound call on my phone will it keep the phone active? Or will I have to make an outbound call at least once a month?

    Hi!

Our team is glad to assist you.

In order to avoid the service to be suspended due to non-usage.

You should make at least 5 calls and use 10 Mb of data in order to keep the phone active.

Below a useful article that you can review.

@James_Ortiz - I have found I can hold off the deactivation devil by using 5 or more minutes. Seems to be either incoming or outgoing calls work but only to another carrier. Calls between two FreedomPop accounts may not count since there is no charges on minutes for those calls. One thing I've noticed that 6 calls at 10 sec each is 60 seconds total not 5 minutes.

Also I've noticed activity on just 5 MB of data keeps the deativator at bay also.
