My rollover data is all gone and I cannot submit a ticket either.

Hi there,

I have two sim cards which have been on the basic rollover plan for more than one year. The semi annual plan and rollover service charges were paid in Oct 2018. But I just notice that all the rollover data is gone today. I tried to submit a ticket as before. However, the system shows "Attention: Your ticket could not be created because this account is not subscribed to the FreedomPop Premium VIP Service". (I assume this is something new I am not award.)
Could someone check why my rollover data on two SIM cards is disappeared? Thanks!
