    Please keep in mind that as a VOIP company, you need to have data for you to continue using free talk and text. We provide service through a Voice over IP connection, this means that we use the Internet to connect your calls, communicate texts and allow you access to the Web which is why the account will shut down and will not let you call or text.
    If that is the case, you can choose to upgrade to a higher paid plan, manually add $10 credit from your online Freedompop profile or wait until your new cycle comes and reset your data bank.
