I have a new sim from Target. I am trying to activate a Moto 5G that I used previously with FreedomPop. It worked fine before. Now with a new sim I get the 303 error code. No support when I call the number indicated on the phone to resolve a technical issue.

Hi! Can you please provide us with the ICCID number of the sim you bought on Target as well as the MEID number for the Moto 5G device you had with Freedompop?

    Here is the correct info.
    ICCID - 89011704278178261352
    MEID - 35185608083003
    IMEI - 351856080830037

The LTE sim with ICCID - 89011704278178261352 is meant for a different device technology, than the CDMA technology the Moto E with MEID 35185608083003 is.

They are not compatible with each other. Its important to understand that no matter what type of phone service you have, you will need a SIM card inside of your device. If you have GSM service, the SIM card will give your device it’s calling and texting capabilities. If you have CDMA service, the SIM card will give your device the ability to connect to the LTE network.

Our 4G LTE sims need a compatible unlocked GSM device, running Android 4.1+ or iOS 8.2+.
