My account had 24.99 subscription credit now is gone

Got 2nd device (hotspot) was able to setup subscription for 1gb data for 22.99. Was charged 4.95 for partial month, had 24.99 subscription credit on account not used for partial month. New month charged 22.99 on credit card, and account no longer has 24.99 subscription credit, where did my money/ credit disappear to? Also first device still get error setting up subscription.....

    Can you please confirm the MEID number for the hotspot in question?

    this is the MEID listed in the device setup, is the number listed in print on the device some where?

    Yes, on the outside box of the device.

    The unit that had the credit was the TiVo hotspot.

    The unit that had the credit was the TiVo hotspot.
    That account only had $0.78 in credit, which expired today. You can reactivate it online from your billing settings at my.freedompop.com.
