Phone swap - help please

I would like to move my already active LTE SIM to a new phone.
Old device was an HTC One(m8)
New device is a Google Nexus 6P - which is compatible.

I have already moved the SIM to the new phone and installed the FreedomPop apps.
I get an error message" "Activation Step Required" - Contact customer support to activate.

    Hi CarlosG,
    I had made a mistake and moved the older Global SIM that I had into my new phone rather than the LTE SIM. I rechecked the numbers on the card and now I have the right one in place.
