Instant Charges ahead of sim activation

Hello:

Please check and refund the entire amount on my billing because you charged me ahead of activation and trial period of 14 days. I’m not happy with that action and behavior. I tried calling but no phone support without paying additional money . Charge incurred so far well ahead of receiving the SIM card:

My phone number for the account: 321-567-8640

$98 - 6 month
$20 - downgrade to basic

I suspended my credit card immediately.

    Waiting for your reply. I received the SIM card packet yesterday and I didn't open it as per instructions on your site and going to return it for full refund.
