Hello!

I have a Galaxy S8 that I activated a month ago on the service and it has been working perfectly on the phone side, but on the FreedomPop website and in the app I get errors. On the website it gives me the above error:

"Alert: device_status_change_timeout null"

What does that mean and what can I do about it?
