Subscription Unexpectedly Deactivated

Hi,

Few days ago when I restarted my phone, it asks me to please activate the SIM. This was after I had previously signed up and topped of $20 credit to my account. I have been using it for a while now and this error appeared all of a sudden.

Upon logging into my Freedompop account online, it says I do not have any current subscriptions and my previous credit is gone too. I tried to submit a ticket but asks that I post here first.

How should I proceed with this issue?

    Last four digits of the phone line was 0886; it is currently not showing up in my account at all.
