SIM card not activated on Samsung Galaxy Note 8

Hi, I put my SIM card into an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 8, (IMEI: 358502080739306) and downloaded the FreedomPop app but when I started the app it gave a message saying "Contact customer support to activate". I tried activating it on the site (https://www.freedompop.com/activate) and the site said it's already activated.

    This SIM card worked before on an iPhone 6 Plus. Does the Galaxy Note 8 require a different kind of SIM card? The reason for not using it anymore on the iPhone is that the app now requires iOS 8.2 or later, and my iPhone only has 8.1.2.

    On the top it says 8901170427 and on the bottom it says 8132044407.
