How long does it take for Premium VIP Service to be set up?
I ordered a hotspot on Dec 28th and have not yet received it. Since FreedomPop does not provide any "real" support unless you sign up for Premium VIP Service, I did that yesterday afternoon so I can talk to someone. However, when I try to submit a ticket, their system still says I'm still not signed up even though the website shows that I am. Have I made a gross mistake by going with FreedomPop????
