I've moved on to another carrier.
I would like to get the top-up credit $34.86 from my account.
Account has been cancelled. and i think that's the last process i need to do?

    Hi! We truly apologize, we understand there was a credit on the account canceled but we are afraid credit is not refundable, per our terms and conditions.
    If you have any other Freedompop account, we can transfer the credit over but not a refund, we do apologize.
