No data connection in new billing cycle. Please help!

I used up my data during my last billing cycle. So internet was disabled. However, my phone still can't connect to the internet in the new billing cycle, . Could you please manually reactivated the account? My ICCID (ESN) is 89011704278156700000. Thanks.

    It seems that is an incorrect ICCID number but we have access to a suspended account under the email that you use for this forum, with phone number ending in 6865.
    Can you please confirm that is the account in question?

    We have manually reactivated the account, it seems it remained suspended due to a small overage on the last cycle. Please Go to Menu on the FP messaging app and scroll down until you find the option that reads "Sync Account".
