Cannot Send / Received Calls or Messages without WIFI

Hi - I'm not able to make or receive calls without WIFI.. I followed the online Help and carrier reset etc., but still not workng..
- I have updated the freedompop messaging app
- I tried the ##72786# but it does not take me anywhere without
clicking on dial
- When I open the freedompop app it's saying Account Not active.. your data is complete.. but when I login online it's everything is ok..
- My os : Android
- Phone : Moto E
still not able to make or receive calls.. this is annoying.. and no help..

    I have a similar problem that was not fixed when I called in. I have the galaxy j3 Luna Pro. No phone or messaging. Internet is okay. I believe the problem is with the Apn being incorrect. But I can find no way to change it. Maybe a new sim card would solve? Would like some advice. Thanks.

    Thanks for confirming. We have manually reactivated the account, it seems it remained suspended due to a small overage on the last cycle. Please Go to Menu on the FP messaging app and scroll down until you find the option that reads "Sync Account.
