I have cancelled my plan on December. But I still have not got my credit refunded yet.

    Hi! Please be aware that credit is non-refundable unless you are within 14 days after you Freedompop sim or device was purchased, per our terms and conditions.
    We can transfer it to another active Freedompop line but we are unable to reimburse it, we are afraid.
