Top up credit disappeared?

ALM_78ALM_78 Posts: 4FreedomPop Newbie
Howdy,
I had a top up credit of $10, now it reads as zero.
The billing page doesn't show where it vanished to either.
My account did suspend itself at the end of my first month over
some kind of problem, so I switched the billing over to Paypal.
Now I'm just wondering where the credit ran off to.
Thanks for your time.

ok, I figured out how to enable it. Is the $20 spent or is it just held then returned or released after 30 days if it isn't used? Do I need to add Top Off every month? Why doesn't FreedomPop just keep credit card info and bill if needed?

    Hi!

FreedomPop credit becomes inactive if not used within 30 days - but you can easily re-activate this credit at no cost.

    Log into your account
    Press the Billing tab
Select Overview from the dropdown menu
Under Recent Transactions press the Credit Balance
If there is any expired credit it will show here
    Press Click here to Reactivate

Below a useful link to learn more about it
