Franklin hotspot has "unforeseen technical issue"
I have a Franklin Hotspot. It's worked well until this week's trip; now it never sends data. When I found a working WiFi I logged into my account, and read a note about a "unforeseen technical issue" telling me to contact Support. That link said phone support was extra cost but I could send an email for free.
So I composed a note at only to be told after submission that email support was ALSO extra charge.
So my only option is to post here and ask what this "unforeseen technical issue" is, and how to I overcome it?
