Basic GSM 200 Semi-Annual - iPhone X

AG LoftisAG Loftis Posts: 12FreedomPop Newbie
BACKGROUND
I am currently on the GSM 200 plan. I've using the SIM in a GSM unlocked iPhone 6. Recently I purchased a new phone - a iPhone X. Like the just mentioned iPhone 6 the iPhone X is also GSM unlocked.

PROBLEM
I expected that when I swapped the GSM 200 plan SIM from my iPhone 6 to my iPhone X things would work - but unfortunately its not working. I am getting no data over cell - so no texts, phone calls, browsing, etc when off Wi-Fi.

Is there something I need todo on the iPhone X to get it to work with Freedompop's GSM 200 plan SIM card?

    Thanks MarcelaS,
The last 4 digits of my phone number are 8550.

BTW, I called AT&T and verified that the phone is indeed unlocked.

Ok, I figured it out... I needed to download and install APN settings... I went to https://www.freedompop.com/iosapn then selected US, and US LTE SIM. After downloading the profile I installed it - now I'm back on line. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
