Hello!
I was trying to contact the support with this issue, but could not submit a ticket....
My account was suspended due to billing issue. I tried to update my billing information, but it always says 'an error has occurred'. I tried to clean cookies, used different browsers and tried 2 my valid credit cards without any success. I have also tried different computers.
Please, check this and let me know if you can reactivate my account.
Please , help me to resolve this issue. Thank you!

    I have been out of the country for several weeks. I find that this phone wasa never properly activated and that according to telephone help that the account has been cancelled?
    What do we need to do to reactivate this account on this phone?
