Billing issue resulting in loss of rollover data

Hello,

My credit card was recently blocked due to fraudulent activity, which caused a billing issue with my month Hotspot plan. After my card update, I notice all my rollover data (~3.95 GB) has been removed. Can you please restore my rollover data that I have been accumulating for a very long time. Thanks!

    Please provide the device's MEID number so we can take a closer look at it.
