Mobile Hotspot Issue
I've had my netgear mobile hotspot for 2 weeks and it will not fully charge because there is a bad battery in the device. The battery has a defect. I opened a ticket three days ago Incident 190128-000415 and I haven't received a response. When I connect the hotspot to my laptop, it does not stay connected. Please send me a return label so I can send this defective device back and you guys can send me one that works. Please help.
