Mobile Hotspot Issue

I've had my netgear mobile hotspot for 2 weeks and it will not fully charge because there is a bad battery in the device. The battery has a defect. I opened a ticket three days ago Incident 190128-000415 and I haven't received a response. When I connect the hotspot to my laptop, it does not stay connected. Please send me a return label so I can send this defective device back and you guys can send me one that works. Please help.

Before we can assist with returning the device, its necessary that you try and reset it to see if it can work properly after performing troubleshooting on it.
