My account says I have used all data for this period, but have used zero data for the last 5 weeks (webpage also says 0 data used)

    After reviewing your account, we verified that it had become suspended because of an overage of 3 MB made on the previous billing cycle. Since the account auto Top-up feature has been disabled there was no way for the account to make a charge in order to add data. Which is why we have reset and reactivated your account.
