Lost sim and bought new sim from Best Buy

Hi,

I lost sim and bought new sim from Best Buy.
My account email address is [email protected] and phone number is 920-888-2322.
New sim ICCID- 89011704278202995454.
Please switch new sim to old account.

    Hi!

    In that case, the only other method available is to activate your device in a new account by going to this page: https://www.freedompop.com/activate. Once you're there, you'll need to place the sim card's ICCID number and a different email address in order to create a new account.

    Once it's active, I'll be able to move the old phone number to this new account however the plan can't be changed.

    Hi!

    Unfortunately we are unable to do it. The new sim card has to be activated with a temporary number so we can make the swap.
