    How do I go about getting the refund or do I need to dispute through the bank? I ordered on Jan 31st and have yet to received anything. I'm not receiving a service I paid for and since I can't talk to a live person without paying more money I'd like to know that if I cancel my account when/how will my refund be processed.

    Please keep in mind that any unused credit can only be transferred to a different account, per our terms of service, whether or not the account is canceled, it's non-refundable.
